We are delighted to share exciting news from Rochester Endocrinology & Diabetes Center! Starting October 1, 2025, we are welcoming a talented new endocrinologist, Dr. Aseel Yaseen, MD, to our team, dedicated to providing our patients with exceptional care.

Dr. Yaseen brings a fresh perspective and top-tier training to our practice. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine and Fellowship in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, where she also served as Chief Fellow. Dr. Yaseen specializes in conditions such as diabetes, thyroid disorders, hormonal imbalances, and osteoporosis, with a commitment to personalized care that supports health goals of our patients.

Alexis was born and raised in Virginia Beach, VA.  She received her Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Virginia, where she also served as a volunteer EMT.  

She received her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Alderson Broaddus University in West Virginia, where she graduated with honors and was inducted into the Pi Alpha National Honor Society.

She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and holds her Physician Assistant license in the state of Michigan.

Alexis is specializing in providing Endocrinology and Diabetes care to patients, encompassing all metabolic disorders.
