We are delighted to share exciting news from Rochester Endocrinology & Diabetes Center! Starting October 1, 2026, we are welcoming a talented new specialist, Fjorino Musaku, M.Ed., CDCES, to our team, dedicated to providing our patients with exceptional care.

Fjorino Musaku brings a wealth of clinical expertise, a fresh perspective, and top-tier training to our practice. As a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist, Health Coach, and Care Manager, he specializes in comprehensive Chronic Care Management, Provider-Delivered Care Management, and lifestyle medicine. He is also a Professor of Kinesiology, Nutrition, and Wellness affiliated with Friska.ai, focusing on personalized metabolic health, nutrition plans, and physical activity strategies that support the long-term health goals of our patients.

Alexis was born and raised in Virginia Beach, VA.  She received her Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Virginia, where she also served as a volunteer EMT.  

She received her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Alderson Broaddus University in West Virginia, where she graduated with honors and was inducted into the Pi Alpha National Honor Society.

She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and holds her Physician Assistant license in the state of Michigan.

Alexis is specializing in providing Endocrinology and Diabetes care to patients, encompassing all metabolic disorders.
