We are delighted to share exciting news from Rochester Endocrinology & Diabetes Center! Starting October 1, 2025, we are welcoming a talented new endocrinologist, Dr. Aseel Yaseen, MD, to our team, dedicated to providing our patients with exceptional care.
Dr. Yaseen brings a fresh perspective and top-tier training to our practice. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine and Fellowship in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, where she also served as Chief Fellow. Dr. Yaseen specializes in conditions such as diabetes, thyroid disorders, hormonal imbalances, and osteoporosis, with a commitment to personalized care that supports health goals of our patients.

Dr Smita Bijlani and Dr Reshma Ramakrishnan participate in the United Physicians Patient-Centered Medical Home program, or PCMH. PCMH is a system of care based on the relationship between a patient and their Primary Care Physician (Pediatrician, Internist, and Family Practice Doctor). The Primary Care Physician or PCP leads a proactive healthcare team to provide long-term coordination and management of their patients’ healthcare across all settings. As part of the Patient-Centered Medical Home concept patients take an active role in their own healthcare, working closely with their Primary Care Physician. Please download the form to learn more.
